Curriculum Vitae
Aerospace Engineer | CFD & Numerical Modelling
MEng Aerospace Engineering graduate (UWE Bristol, 2025, Merit) specialising in CFD, numerical modelling and engineering analysis. My university projects connect transient simulation and numerical analysis with physical design, manufacturing constraints and critical assessment of results.
My time as Procurement Intern and Junior Buyer at Unite Students developed commercial analysis, tender coordination and supplier engagement experience.

SolidWorks CAD and engineering drawings; injector design, manufacturing constraints and mechanical integration. University experience with FEA and ANSYS Mechanical. Injector design evidence →
MATLAB for preliminary propulsion calculations, signal processing and CFD post-processing; NASA CEA for thermochemical analysis, with configuration-control limitations documented in the rocket report.
MATLAB and Python; Git/GitHub and Linux for engineering and personal technical work. My current programming ability supports engineering analysis.
Comparison against reference data, test preparation, investigation of model discrepancies and post-test failure analysis. Clear distinction between design targets, numerical predictions and measured outcomes.
Excel, MATLAB and VBA for supplier-response comparison and commercial analysis; pivot tables, data-quality checks, tender evaluation and Oracle Fusion-related procurement workflows.

September 2023–August 2026
Worked alongside university study and other employment in a busy kitchen, maintaining food hygiene and preparation standards, coordinating with colleagues and prioritising competing service demands.
Individual MEng research project · April–June 2025
Developed a transient model of a three-bladed Darrieus turbine in ANSYS Fluent using Transition SST/SBES; extended it with FW-H acoustics at four receivers and MATLAB analysis. At TSR 3.3 and 9 m/s, predicted Cp ≈ 0.13 versus ≈ 0.27 in the reference study. The discrepancy exposed mesh/time-step and computational limitations; reliable acoustic prediction was not established.
Five-person MEng capstone · November 2024–June 2025
Principal responsibility for oxidiser injector design, from concept selection and sizing through CFD, CAD, manufacture and integration, ending in a two-ring impinging configuration. Contributed to shared propulsion sizing and initial nozzle calculations. The 600 N figure was a design target: ignition occurred, but injector–chamber leakage prevented target pressure and sustained combustion.
